I have been with Kennedy Insurance since I can remember LITERALLY! Since I got my very first car, and throughout these years they continue to be dedicated. I have recommended them to family, friends, anyone and everyone who is interested on switching or looking for a different agency. If you are looking for an Agency, stop now and join Kennedy Insurance! Their staff is also very great!
They were incredibly helpful in getting my policy started for a good price, but Ken French was terrible. Every time i went in there to make changes to my policy, he was rude and unprofessional. There was once were i was in his office trying to make changes to my policy that were going to cost me quite a bit of money and he completely ignored me midsentence and went to go meet his friend that had just walked in. Although the woman and the other man working there were very nice and helpful, he has caused me to look for insurance elsewhere.
Kennedy Insurance Company and Connect Insurance Company are the worst insurance company’s to go through! I will NEVER purchase an auto policy from them again!!!
I dont dislike them, but they could improve.
