Our family has used Kennedys since the 70's...wow, We are 2nd generation clients. My vehicle is there currently for exhaust service, dropped off after hours last night, called us this morning with the estimate & completion time. No issues with our service here, towing service as well.

This place is only recommended for those from this area. If you are not, be prepared to get screwed over. They only take kindly to locals. I just recently was charged for an alignment, which was not done at all. The first time I took it, they were looking to see my car back when I realized they unhooked the air conditioning, knowing the bearing was bad in my air compressor, and it wouldn't turn. Therefore, it led to more repairs that were uncalled for. Enter at your own risk. Then when I had the nerve to ask for my money back I was accused of being on drugs, laughed to in my face. This garage diagnosed our vehicle 2 hours into our journey from Michigan to Florida. They were able to get the part to their garage and replace a fuel cell within 4 hours so we could continue on our journey that day! Thank you Steve and coworkers for your thoughtful attention! We have made it to our destination safely thanks to you all!

I got drunk. Fell in a fire pit. Looked for 8 hours for my keys but I had no patients so decided to pop the ignition. You can't do that with a certain year Honda. 🤣 Ended up walking a few miles home with my love. Argued some. I yelled a lot. Anyways Kennedys worked with us from towing, to prices and payments. 🇺🇲

We were traveling through Ohio when my car started over heating. Called them they got me in quick and found the problem and fixed it. Made me feel like a priority when they had other customers. Great service!
