Be prepared to just give them money. Waiting forever for the tire cleaner to start only to realize it was out (about a minute given to them for free), then the machines don't beep when you're running short on time so you end up swiping again and then not needing the last minute or 2. Then, the vending machine just eats quarters and doesnt give product. Hit coin return and it just throws out 2 of the 3 quarters you fed it. The foaming brush barely foams. This place is just turning into a disaster. Broken stalls. Broken knows. Machines from the 90s. Needs maintenance and updating.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I have been a loyal monthly member of this car wash for almost a year. I have recommended others to use this car wash specifically people with larger trucks like my mega cab truck. This past Friday, I visited the car wash around 7 pm when the automatic wash malfunctioned. I understand these things happen, but I was stuck in there with both doors closed and two children in my vehicle. I tried calling them multiple times and left messages that we were stuck with no return call. The emergency pull strings did not work as I risked my safety to get out of my vehicle to try them. I had to call the police to get out and shut my truck down to wait in 20 degree weather. I called the next day since they couldn’t make sure I was okay that night and the owner said t

I normally do not complain about small owned local businesses however this was my second attempt to use the wash located near Rural king. I always opt for the best and most expensive wash. To my surprise the prices had raised significantly on my first use. The wash was as so bad I asked for a refund. Today while in town, about 4 months from my first experience, I decided to try again in hopes the wash would be better. For $18 I would expect my bugs to at least be off the windshield, and the gravel dust to be removed from my running boards. Neither happened and once again, I was extremely disappointed. I don’t have time to track someone down for a refund so while I could say I was happy with the service, that wasn’t the case. I really wish there was a reliable good luck ash service near me!

Decent place to wash up your car, normally clean wash bays and can pay with your CC. They do have a bay for auto wash but I've not used it. They do have bill changes available here as well.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have tried to use this car wash the last 3x I’ve washed my car and it never gets clean. I normally don’t complain about small business but this is ridiculous .The dust on the hood is still there , spots on the windows, and bird poop on the windshield still. Doesn’t matter if you do the cheapest or the most expensive wash it looks the same either way, and the dryer at the end is a joke not enough time to dry anything. Unfortunately will not be returning.
