Jason is honest, doesn’t push repairs unless necessary, and takes care of you if anything goes wrong. They’re very fair and we’ve been coming here for about 5 years. We’re driving our cars into the ground as much as possible, and Kennesaw Auto Tech is so helpful! Keeping them running as long as possible and very fair pricing. We had a part fail one time that they had installed, simply a faulty part - not poor installation, and they took care of it on the house no questions asked.

Had my parts stolen on their lot. (Tues) My car started over heating while I was delivering with uber eats, so I drove it to this nearby auto shop. It was after hours, so I called and left a message. The following day (Wed) I called again within their business hours and gave them info about my car, no big deal... They told me to drop the key off on Friday because they were busy, but I was working so I dropped it off Saturday evening thinking that would be fine. Well when I arrived on Saturday I saw parts hanging under my car. You can see the dragging car parts in the photos attached. They told me to remove the car by this evening (following Tues) or they'd have it impounded! So I got a tow and moved it to a different shop up the street. My car broke down by Marietta square last week and AAA towed it to this place. They were very professional and helpful. My car was fixed within estimated time and price. I will definitely be back for more service.
