From the moment I pulled in, I was impressed. The site is unbelievably neat, organized, and welcoming — honestly cleaner than any emissions station I’ve ever visited. But the highlight was the young gentleman who helped me. This guy has unmatched positive energy. Friendly, humble, professional, clearly loves what he does, and genuinely one of the most down-to-earth people I’ve ever met. He’s incredibly knowledgeable — you can tell he’s sharp, detail-oriented, and takes real pride in his work. He turned what is normally a boring, quick errand into an unforgettable, enjoyable experience. Not many people can do that! His charisma and customer service skills are top-tier. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and treated me like a valued customer, not just another car in line

Inspector W is an absolute rockstar. Young, sharp, insanely friendly, and clearly born for this job, he knows his stuff inside and out and actually cares about answering every single question you have. The service was fast, flawless, and so thorough it made me wish I owned a whole fleet of cars just to keep coming back. Best emissions station experience I have ever had, hands down, and Inspector W’s personality alone makes this place worth the trip. Highly recommend this station without hesitation.

After going to six different emissions stations and having inspectors abort the test and tell me “Sorry, I’m not able to test your car” just because it was taking longer than usual, I was completely frustrated and honestly ready to give up. Then I came to this station and met Webster and everything changed. Webster didn’t rush, didn’t give excuses, and didn’t give up on me or my car. Instead, he happily took the time to help, explained exactly why the test was taking longer, and walked me through the technology of my Volvo like he was there when it was manufactured and assembled. His knowledge was unreal, and the way he explained things made everything finally make sense. What really surprised me was how quickly the test succeeded once he handled it. I have used this location twice for my emissions. Today I pulled in at 5:22 p.m. I was expecting to be turned away. Which would be justifiable because it was so close to closing. Nope this gentleman greeted me the same way he did last year, and had my emissions done within 5 minutes. Easiest trip ever.

The attendant was rude. I asked him for a printed copy when he completed the emissions test and he said the printer was broken. He said I didn't have to pay the $20 and then said I didn't want to pay because he was black. What kind of stupid BS is that? All I did was ask for a receipt because I was paying cash. I gave him the money and left. Horrible experience, horrible attendant, and he shouldn't be working with the public.
