Kenn's Transmission

This is the second transmission I have had to have rebuilt and I choose Ken's a second time because of the great service and knowledge they have. They are very timely in their service and explain problems thoroughly and are great people to work with. I would recommend their services to anyone having transmission issues because they go above and beyond.

I called in to ask questions about a transmission service, like when is is recommended to perform this service and what would it entail and cost. The staff was very informative and gave me a range for how much it would cost me. When it was all said and done the cost was on the lower end. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge and courtesy. Will definitely be back.

The transmission in my Lincoln MKC burned out with only 65K miles and it was outside the time frame for warranty. DJ quickly diagnosed the problem and had me back on the road in less than a week. I thought the price was fair. Very satisfied with this shop!

First off you can't tell someone a set price, and then call back and tell them another price, this is very unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone to go to Kenns transmission .
