He takes the time to explain what’s going on in a way that actually makes sense, without making you feel overwhelmed or talked down to. The prices are very reasonable, and I genuinely felt like they were fair and transparent about everything. What stood out the most is that the team really seems to care about getting customers the right options when there’s a problem, not just the most expensive one. First visit to Kenny Jones after having taken our '22 XC60 to dealer for service for 3 years. Very happy with the visit and the service. The service managers are better than dealer, the entire operation a well oiled machine. The pricing was reasonable and I was in and out much quicker than dealer! I highly recommend this shop for any Volvo service needed. Very impressed.
