worst company to have your vehicle in possession.. I called because items were missing and was told “no man would take those” well one of you guys clearly did.. if you get towed by them make sure you get to your vehicle asap cause they clearly steal hello kitty plushies & who knows what else. also rude as ever.. get some customer service skills. vehicle was sold but they did not give the buyer a new key, instead sent a stranger to my home.. bazaar.

While I was allowed to retrieve my belongings from my towed car at the tow yard. The employee escorting me there put me in a HOSTILE environment and told me I wasn’t allowed to take all of my stuff (why!?) and that if I don’t comply he will kick me out and I won’t get anything from my car displaying aggressive behavior. I yelled back saying NO I will get all of my stuff before leaving! He then ignored me once he saw me insist and can be troubling if he didn’t let his bs stop! If you are a lady, DO NOT go alone.

Kenny's Towing is contracted with L.A. County Sheriff's Department. My car had registration that was 6 months expired and it ended up at Kenny's. It was there for 2 days before I could get it registered and have it released. The folks at Kenny's took care of my car during the tow and while it was in their possession. No damage to the car, and no one broke into it. This is a legit and professional company. Thank you for taking care of my car.

Most terrible business I ever worked with , very rude peoples . Costumer service is absolutely zero. Don’t even close to them. Prices are ridiculous

Terrible Tow Company. They towed my car 6/28/2024 I called the day after and the female dispatcher who took the car told me that they did not have the car or a yard to keep it at and that Paramount Police Station had it. Mind you I had already called paramount police station the same day I noticed it was gone because I assumed it was stolen. They denied having it and a month later they send me a notice to sell when they never sent me any proof of them having the said vehicle no matter how many time I asked they kept denying having the vehicle saying that the police had it when I went to several police stations looking for it. Was never given any document saying they have it until a month later with racked up bill. Ask to speak with supervisor and I get the rudest person Ress never connecte
