The easiest drop-off I have experienced with a U-Haul trailer during my 15+ trailer rentals. Kenny's Auto Supply has a large parking lot area. This allowed for easy maneuverability with the 6×12 trailer. Got it parked quickly, and he even had blocks already out there, which made it easy to finalize the security of the drop off. No hassle 👌

I went to rent a U-Haul. I thought I would go in a bit early, but the mechanic said the clerk doesn't show up until 10:00 A.M even though on here it says 9:00 A.M. I left and came back and it was closer to 11:00 A.M that the lady showed up. I was planning on driving to Texas that same day so that was really inconvenient and set me back a lot.

called there multiple times to get work done and man said he could do it not a problem. Went there the next day after talking to the man about work that he said he could do and when I showed up he all of a sudden couldn’t do it making excuse after excuse so I left and will never go back.

Great customer service, James does outstanding work and takes pride in it with vast knowledge and experience. Highly recommended. I have been doing business with them for many years, rare parts can be found there as well.

Had a fuse blow for my trailer I was renting... I was in a rush to pickup and travel.. after three other places that I went to could not do anything but recommend a new wiring harness, the mechanic told me it was a fuse in less than a minute.. Wow!, he knew where to look replaced it and told me I was all set, no charge... really? If you see some lobsters showing up... it's just me saying thank you!
