I’m currently borrowing a friend’s van, which was fitted with a full set of brand-new tires at this shop in October 2025. This week, the front passenger tire began losing air rapidly through the valve stem. Despite attempts to tighten the core, it is clear that the stem or its seal is faulty. When I called Kenosha Tire to ask them to stand by their recent work, I was met with a dismissive and frankly 'cheeky' response: I was told that because the valve is technically 'part of the wheel,' they aren't responsible for it and would charge for a repair. This logic is disappointing. Any reputable shop knows that valve stems are either replaced or serviced (TPMS) during a new tire install because they are critical to the seal. Love this shop. They always get you in and are up front with how much it’s gonna cost and what the true wait time is. They’re always very friendly and welcoming. They let their dog roam the waiting area which is my favorite part ❤️ overall have never had any issues with any of my vehicles I’ve brought here to had tire repairs done!

Had to get 2 used tires for my car. They not only had the size tire I needed, but informed the that my back tires were worse then front. They could have just put the tires on and let me go. But they made sure the worst tires got replaced first and they were very quick and professional. Will be going back to have the other two replaced.

Steve, Lisa and Matt are the best in the business. I have been going there for years and appreciate the work they have done. Hope it continues.
