It's hard to make your car payment the phones be busy all day and you can't get through. They need a website yu can make your payment online instead of calling in to do so. It takes hrs to get your payment in because the phone is busy

So far not so good, I got their info from a friend said they were good people. So far I’ve had to put over $1000 in parts alone into this car that only had 87k. Still not done putting parts on it. Needs a rack and piñon now so close to 3k total. I service everything at a reputable shop that uses carfax. Transmission was replaced with a junk yard one before I bought it without my knowledge. Now it’s starting to shift hard. So far not impressed. But honestly gonna see how much they can live up to their word. To fix it correctly not halfway and be honest good people and just add it to my loan. Supposedly they known for this but tbh so far the work I’ve seen is there just not the best.
