Giving 1 star solely based on customer service. Shop guys were very helpful and explained everything thoroughly, they even went as far as to send pictures of parts that were bad which was much appreciated! Kathy in the office was rude from the first phone call my husband had with her. I understand everyone has bad days, so I took it with a grain of salt. During the next 2 weeks that my Jeep was under their care, she was visibly (and verbally over the phone) upset every time I dealt with her. I understand people have off days, but this went beyond that. When you work in customer service, it’s your job to be decent (at minimum) to the customer! The only place to go for your Jeep! Ken Jr. takes his time listening to you and then recommends the perfect options to accomplish your Jeep’s objective. I have since had some seat time both on and off road and my Jeep performs excellent in both environments. Great service. Nice people. They stand behind their guarantees. Great communication and a key pickup box was a bonus for me. I drive 90 minutes one way and it is very worth the drive.

My daughter was buying a car from an individual in Michigan and having the car shipped to us in pa. We wanted to have the car checked over. They were very professional and thorough. They sent us pictures of any potential trouble spots and also took the time to discuss over multiple phone calls. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
