Ken's Tire and Wheel

Normally I would never go to a shop to have work done on my car, as I work on my own vehicles out of fear of something like this happening, but I brought in my 1997 bmw for four tires (continental pro grip) and the tire installation was fine, tires work fine, but they lost 2 quite expensive valve stem caps and bent my center caps. Only good side to this whole experience was how kindly front desk/ management handled it, they even offered to purchase new stem caps for me. Amazing management not so great tire techs. Great place if you’re just getting tires, but if you small or custom parts on your vehicle please take your vehicle somewhere else.

Traveling back to New Jersey from Florida our tire pressure monitor gave us a warning that we were losing pressure. We just managed to roll into a gas station in​ Ridgeway, SC. The tire wasn't salvagable but thankfully Ken's tire was there to save the day. We couldn't go to them so they came to us and took of the tire and replaced it with a brand new tire for a very reasonable rate and allowing us to get back on the road and get home safe. Shout out to Cricket for getting it done

Called ahead to make sure they could do the job of rotating my expensive wide dually rims and they assured me that they could, brought the truck in they got right to work, owner shows up and blows his lid. After I leave I start to notice some deep scratches in my rims and my tps sensor is broken, do not recommend, do not let them touch your forged wheels, do not trust them to do what they say they will do.

I will recommend this tire shop to anyone. I have been purchasing my tires from them for years, and after today they will forever be my go to tire shop. My sister had her vehicle serviced at a different shop, and when we picked it up it wasn’t safe for her to drive. Thankfully I knew exactly where to take it and Ken’s team made her car safe to drive and as always, so nice and friendly. Thank you for being the best!!

I walked in with one of the employees maybe 10 minutes before they opened. Ken sat down across the bar from me and within minutes folks were lined up behind me. Most of them were apparently long time customers seeing how they were all on a first name basis. Despite being flooded with work, Ken and his crew were still able to get the front end on my vehicle aligned within an hour. The work was solid and reflected the opinions of their customers that I spoke to. I'll be a return customer as well when the need arises.
