Ken's Towing & All Star Contracting

Last evening there was a one car accident versus a telephone pole next to our house. Ken's towing service responded to get the vehicle. Normally they are supposed to pick up the debris and take it with them as part of the car damage. Last night they swept the whole front end of the vehicle, including the grille. The bumper headlights, marker lights wiring battery terminal and much other debris on our property without cleaning up the scene as they are paid to do by the insurance company. As a first responder for 3 decades, I myself know this to be true because of my experience on these types of scenes and how they are cleaned up afterwards. Sloppy and lazy. When you try to call their office and address the issue nobody answers and the inbox is full.

We used AAA to line up our tow. Jordan was awesome. He towed us 100 miles from KY into VA. Did a great job. Took a lot of pride. Had a really nice truck - was so friendly and nice seeing as we had to pile into the cab and make the trip. Couldn’t have been kinder and helped us out in a real jam. Very impressed. Call Ken’s for sure!

I used Kens towing through AAA I was two hours from home and they made sure that myself and my dog got there safely. Our Driver name is Bart. Bart is extremely friendly and made sure that if we needed to stop for anything he would be sure to stop. Definitely give this company and their Drivers an A+++++

Came all the way to another state to rescue me by the time they made it I was already rescued but driver was extremely polite
