Ken's Towing

This is hands down the best towing company! They got our car from Mount Magazine and took us and the car all the way back home to Fort Smith! Dale was so pleasant and definitely helped make a crappy situation better. When we called for help, they reassured us they could help us and the price was exactly what they quoted us and nothing more. We have had tow companies charge $300 to remove lug nuts from a tire before so this was a blessing. Thank you so much!

My granddaughter and her boyfriend stayed in Mountainburg AirB&B for their anniversary. However it was during the snow ordeal and didn't realize they couldn't get out. Her dad and I drove from Little Rock to try and help. With a 4 wheel drive.. Finally had to call a tow. Called kens towing and was told it would be an hour. We got her moved within 200 feet from main Rd. Still nothing from this company. After an hour I told her to call and find out when they would be there. She hadn't taken her name or location but would get someone one it. Quoted her 175 to 200 dollars. We continued to try and move her up and by late afternoon about pm we got her within approx 50 to 60 yards within main road before the driver showed. He was a very nice guy and very helpful. Took 10 mins to get her unstuck.

We broke down at Love's in Ozark earlier. Upon receiving recommendations we called for a tow and they were able to tow us and repair vehicle in about an hour. Price was unbelievably inexpensive. If you ever break down like we did. This is the place to call. Thank you Happy Customer.

Great people! They helped me out and saved me a bunch of money! We was in the area 7 hours from home for trail rides and our Jeep's Alternator went bad. O Riley's sold me a faulty alternator and said my battery was also bad too. Thanks to great guys at Ken’s I was able to get back to the trails and got the family home. (I learned to have an Alternator tested before I leave the store! And of course O Riley’s didn’t have the new Alternators in stock just rebuilt ones which was even higher in price than a new one)
