The driver that came and picked my car up was amazing and very kind. The delivery was smooth and he arrived quickly when we were broke down. I would highly recommend them and will use their services again if needed in the future!

Broke down in town with two flat tires. Called and was there with in a few minutes. Took me to autoshop to get things fixed. Great service and super friendly. Highly recommend!

Thank God you are not the only towing service around. You wanted to charge me over 200.00 just to turn my car around that was stuck in this ice snow and mud in my yard…I Highly recommend P-rods …125.00. I think this is taking advantage of the weather conditions

Shout out to Kens Towing and Brian Fields. We were out of town on vacation 5/21/25 and our car broke down between Jenkins Ky and Wise Va on Route 23. We use AAA and no one wanted to take the tow as we were out in the middle of nowhere and had to be towed 55 miles to Kingsport Tennessee to a Honda dealer. Ken’s finally accepted the tow, thank god. They had to drive 50 miles to get us, then 55 miles in the opposite direction of them. Then after the drop, they had to drive 105 miles back. They were very fair about the price, better than expected. Brian was a professional and a pleasure to ride with. If you are in need of their towing, do not hesitate to use them. We were at their mercy in a bad time of need and they took care of us. Thank you all, Randy and Theresa Hodge
