Kent Lube Fast Oil Change Center

I have been going to Kent oil change for many years. I got my transmission flushed and an oil change. I was very satisfied with the outcome. My vehicle is driving great! The young lady who was helping me was very informative and helpful. I am very happy with the service. The employees are very nice and knowledgeable.

First of all I was impressed with the cleanliness of both the location and the employees. The service was perfect. The communication was top notch. I thought the prices of the filters were too high.

Overall the nicest oil change facility I have been to. I was an a road trip from Arizona back home to DFW and was in need of an oil change and Googled my way to this place in Midland TX. My not 5 star rating is that I discovered, after getting home, that when they were checking my cabin air filter that the tech had broken off one of the tabs to hold it in. Is it a huge deal? No. But it has now become a pain in the a$$ because I have to procure a replacement cover. Can I prove beyond a reasonable doubt that this damage occurred at Kent? No. But it doesn’t take a dummy to deduce that the last time this cover was accessed was when the tech brought me the filter to tell me it was dirty. Trouble with a new business is usually they have to hire employees with little or no experience. Went in to try them out as they’ve only been here for a few weeks and I frequent the Kent Quick convenience stores. At first glance, they seem to be on point. Nice lounge area with free coffee and soft drinks. New magazines and comfortable seating. Very nice. But I didn’t come for the view. Oil change, filter and new $25 each windshield wiper blades. Not a bad price for everything at $146. However, 3 days later when I need to clean the ice and slush off my windshield (didn’t drive my truck for a couple days) the blade on the driver’s side flys off onto I-20 at 65 MPH. Unbelievable. This place is absolutely great!! The employees are very nice and respectful. This place has never disappointed and always gets the job done right every time I get my vehicles serviced. Mariah is also an outstanding employee. She always greets people nicely as soon as they walk in the waiting area.
