I wouldn’t even give this place one star but it wouldn’t let me. Kent Mitchell had my camper for months without even a phone call about what they were doing or what was going to be done. Our insurance paid this company $3500 to fix our camper and they did nothing but make it worse. They put a slide out membrane over rotten wood and told us it was complete. We get our camper back and try to use it and the first time it rains the camper floods. They refuse to make it right regardless of what they have done wrong. I will NEVER trust this company with anything of mine or my family’s ever again. We have been completely ignored and treated unfairly. I suggest you think twice before trusting these people with your camper repairs. Customer service SUCKS as they never return calls and very unprofes

(Update 08/2025) We still own the camper we purchased and still enjoy it. The Service department here is really good and helpful. They don't sugar coat issues then hit you with a big surprise in the end. We've had work done since the purchase and we're still pleased. After having these people look at our RV for warranty work, they told us they would contact us when the claim went through/got the parts. They never called us back, we called several times for updates, told us the claims were still being processed and can take months. However we now discover after the fact that our claim was approved, then denied because we apparently waited too long. This is all despite having reached multiple times throughout months to be told the claim was in process. This negligence is unacceptable and I cannot recommend anyone take their RV to this business. It is a waste of your time and could cost you more than necessary as now we have to pay for our repairs out of pocket since we are no longer within our warranty window.

The manager in service department -Ben Extremely rude. They were supposed to be ordering a part for a camper on extended warranty. Had to email pictures. 3 weeks went by. I’ve emailed several time with no response. Call and he had no response other than I just have to drop the camper off and leave it. We’re 1.5 hours away. I do not recommend them Nor do I recommend the extended warranty.

I'm overdue on writing this review but I just had to get service on the refrigerator in our camper and realized I never wrote a review on my first visit here. That first visit is the reason we would only call Ben in Kent Mitchell's service department for help. We had a new camper and were new on the road with it, but we developed a bad leak in our grey tank. If you have dealt with rv service depts before, I won't name names, but you would recognize them, you would understand how much we dreaded trying to get a repair done while staying on schedule. I ended up calling at least a half dozen places, both mobile repair and rv dealers and got absolutely nowhere in getting an appt in a shop or getting somebody to do a road call.
