Beware DO NOT BUY A VECHILE!!! This place is a scam; I had the vehicle for 30 days & they had repo it!! I never had a late payment, they’re very rude & have nasty attitudes! (Especially Erica)… I was in the mist of switching insurance but since I didn’t switch it on time they came & took my vehicle… I put down 2500 on the car all what ? I only had the car for A MONTH!!! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS TAKING YOUR MONEY!!! My grandfather even went up there to see what he can do to get my car back & Erica once again was very rude & unprofessional & wouldn’t let him speak to the owner Kent. Erica proceeds to say “the wife already said she’s not giving the car back” & proceeded to laughed like this is a joking matter Very ugly and cruel of her…. SO AGAIN TAKE YOUR HARDWORKING MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!

Very kind salesman. Mr Scott was very helpful. What he said was what I needed to qualify. Unlike most other dealerships in Tyler... It's always something else.. but I was approved and I could select any car I wanted on the Lot... I feel I got the best thing out there.. very happy.. My SUV is loaded with everything I would want in a vehicle .

Great in house financing experience! smoothest purchase ever. Don’t pay attention to the bad reviews. You literally sign agreements to have insurance and keep insurance on your vehicle before you leave the lot. Warranty of course is “AS-IS” which is expected when you buy used older models. Definitely would recommend to others.

My family has been buying cars from Kent's for a few years now and we will continue to for the foreseeable future. Buying used cars always comes with a risk of hidden issues and malfunctions, but the staff here has always been helpful within reason. Our most recent purchase was a minivan and within a month its engine died. Scott in the front office was very understanding and arranged for us to have the entire thing replaced (a several thousand dollar job) for free. Not long after, the alternator died during this most recent freeze and Scott yet again came through. This time with a same day replacement.
