So I live 2 hours out of town and drive a fleet car, and this facility is the only one listed in this town that I can use to get approval for tires, I had finally got an approval to get four new tires put on there Monday morning, and Chris called me and asked me what time I could have it there on Tuesday morning in which I replied 8:00 a.m. and he said bring it on in. We will get you taken care of. I'm not familiar with this store so I was assuming that was an appointment being made, I got there at 8:00 a.m. the next morning and he said we will get you taken care of. At 9:00. No one had touched the vehicle, Chris had left so I asked the lady at the desk how much longer it would be before they started because I had to get to work and she said there was still two other vehicles being worked

Can’t thank Ronnie Jeffries enough ! Visiting from Virginia in a rental car I developed a low tire and he got me right in and fixed my tire before heading to airport!! Can’t imagine being stuck out on the road in the middle of the night at 75! Thanks again for service! Highly recommend!

So on 3-20-25. I wasn't going to say anything on here but my uncle told me I better atleast put a reveiw online so others know what happened to me and no one gets hurt. I took my ram 1500 limited to kents firestone to get the rotors resurfaced and an alignment done. I was leaving the shop and had a little bit of shaking going on. I didn't think nothing of it and drove it on home, as I needed tires. So I figured that's what it was. Next day I get up for work and I start to notice the shaking getting worse. So I start checking everything out. I'd drive a mile then stop I'd look and see if anything seems to be loose or broken. It took me a minute to figure it out but the driver side rear tire was so loose I could spin the lug nuts with my fingers. So I grab out my wrench and tighten them the
