Kentucky Toyz and RV LLC

I have been looking for a C Class camper. My son saw one at Ky Toyz in Williamsburg and went to look at it. The owner told him there was absolutely nothing wrong with the camper and let my son look at it. At the time, absolutely nothing APPEARED wrong with just from glancing. They asked me if I wanted to put a deposit on it. They gave me a deposit price of $1,000 which I paid over the phone. When I arrived to look at the camper they had it torn apart. I saw water damage and walls torn out and in the floor. They have told me that they emailed and text a receipt which they didn’t. When I asked for a refund of the deposit they stated that they don’t return deposits. I was never told that either verbally or in email or text and I didn’t sign anything.
