My coach bus broke down seriously, and on a friend's recommendation, I drove nearly 100 miles, bumping and scraping along the way, before finally arriving at this repair shop! I want all my friends who encounter similar problems to know that this is your best choice: professional, efficient, friendly, and reasonably priced! Once you step into this repair shop, you'll experience a multitude of thoughtful services and incredibly meticulous care. They even provide detailed information on where to stay, where to eat, where to shop, and even the distances between different locations. The reception staff, such as Stacy and Karla, are extremely welcoming, and the mechanic Casey's superb skills and extensive professional experience are truly admirable! In short, this team is fantastic!

Wow, bad service at this shop. Can’t even get your truck in for an oil and filter change you’ve gotta wait five days. And that’s if you drop the truck off. If you come back in five days, there’s no guarantee you’ll get your oil and filter changed. Obviously management here sucks. Dear manager, please don’t ask me to call you to talk about this after you read this message. Instead, get yourself together and be much better organized with your number of mechanics that you are lacking to get the job done! -Dear manager/owner , thanks for your response just so you know the lady upfront told me that mechanics are going home at 2 PM. Yet your shop is open until 8pm. Let’s get an army of mechanics in there to get the job done. There’s no reason to keep a Truck Driver waiting five days for an oil

Exceptional Service from John & Ron at Kentucky Truck Sales – Jeffersonville, IN Our box truck had been down for over a week, and after calling multiple places with no real help, John and Ron were the only ones willing to step in. They went above and beyond by providing clear, detailed information and walking my husband through different ways to diagnose the issue so I could get back up and running. Their patience, knowledge, and willingness to help—especially when they didn’t have to—truly meant a lot. Great customer service is hard to find these days, but these two delivered it wholeheartedly. A terrible experience with the parts salesperson (the one with the beard)! He asked me for my ID at checkout!!?? I asked him why and when this procedure was being followed. He said last Monday, November 10 , 2025!! On November 13, 2025, I bought items and only asked for my company name, as is always the case. I've been dealing with the respectable Rick and Mike for two years and have never felt so disrespected and humiliated as I did with the one with the beard today, November 15, 2025, at 12:45 pm.

Every time we place an order, there are consistent issues, and our items are never delivered on time. This ongoing lack of reliability is causing significant disruptions to our operations.
