I really thought covid had killed Customer service, but it appears as though I need to get out just a little bit more. I just shared some concerns of mine with the MGR( Dan) & it was more than refreshing to see the level of sincerity that he displayed. I really forgot that I was @ a dealership after talking to such a real person. Awesome people skills sir. Keep up the great work.
Best place in upstate - western New York to get your serviced. Experienced staff, and great technician's.
One of the ladies at service department desk 👎. Came for the info to cross reference check some engine specs. Charged money for readily available information. And we got regular account here and bring thousands of dollars each month. Soon they will charge money for air that you breathe 👎👎👎👎👎
