The people here are great. They work hard, you might be down a day or 2 but I've learned that's mostly our companies fault not the techs. They're dog friendly. Everything i needed something out of the truck like food stuff for hotel it wasn't a problem .

They are definitely polite, but also dishonest. They either lied several times or had a serious communication problem among themselves. Many reviews said they don’t answer the phone, but in my experience that was not true — during the 16 days my truck was there, I called more than 10 times and they only missed one call. The real issue is how slow and careless they are. They fixed the major problem, but completely ignored a smaller issue that could have been handled while the truck was already in their shop. They didn’t even think of ordering the part. When I went to pick up my truck, they told me: “We were so focused on the other problem that we forgot about this one. Hello everyone! There was engine derate on my truck and I barely reached them because of time the end. I came to the shop to the end of the shift But Taylor was very friendly and welcoming, he plugged to my truck and figured out what the problem was right away. Therefore next morning around 5:30 am they picked my truck up for diagnostic and probably in an hour and a half the figured out the exact problem, there was nothing serious with truck but any way they were good. So at 9 am I was ready to go back on the road. Thank you guys I really appreciate your care!

They charged me 1800 dollars to miss diagnose the truck, the kenworth trucks are junk nowadays. Give me a mechanical engine over everything nowadays. To many computers and sensors.
