There's a rep there by the name of JENNIFER, who was very rude and unpleasant to speak with. Bad part about it I wasn't even a customer. My friend left items in his previous truck and we've been speaking with people from the company about me coming all the way from Los Angeles, CA to Pasco, Washington to get his items because they were trying to charge him $800 to ship it. Long story short, Jennifer was not only rude to my friend but also to me the whole time we spoke, and im driving as I'm speaking to her to the destination. We ended up being forced to stay until Monday because of a task she said they didn't have the man power for. On Monday, it only took 1 person. Had to stay from Saturday all the way until Monday around 9 or 10 am. I made sure i called before going up there just so i di

I love this shop! The mechanics are great, the people are very friendly and the list of services that I needed were done in a very timely manner, nor did it cost me an arm and a leg. I will go out of my way to get work done here. Side note: we stayed at the Red Lion motel, also great and they'll shuttle you.

I arrived at this shop at about 1:30 p.m. or 2, in the afternoon of May 19. I waited only one hour and a technician took my truck and had it for maybe just an hour and fifteen minutes . A new coolant temperature sensor was replaced. As well as all codes were cleared and uh, everything was in good condition. I give this place two thumbs up, everyone was very kind to me.Thank you
