Kenworth Sales Rock Springs

It was the best parts buying experience I ever had. Manager Nick helped me find a part that was NOT in stock ANYWHERE for next morning!!! When I was buying another part a couple days before, he found the part in another city and booked it for us, it was the last part for the whole country. It was also very nice when he advised the best route to get there safely. I highly recommend it! I really liked their service!

I had the best experience with this repair shop. After spending a day and over $2000.00 on parts I did not need at the Rocky Mountain repair shop in Little America that did not fix my truck not running and a Tow truck from Little America to Rock Springs, I have been diagnosed and repaired in 4 hours. I am so happy I came to Kenworth and received such a wonderful service.

Nick Bertagnolli is the best parts guy around! Always has what I need or can have it quickly. Overall best service I've seen in a long time!!

This place is full of crap the manager is completely clueless the mechanics are fly by they need to learn how to troubleshoot an issue instead of hooking up to a diagnostic machine, if you are looking to throw your money down the drain this place is for u , came in for a high oil temperature, manager says everything is fine 20 miles down the interstate the same issue high oil temperature keeps rising
