Kermit's Super Wash

Two stars only because they let us go back through a second time. We spent $20 on the Best wash they had to offer. After the first wash, we noticed bugs on the windshield still and decided to bring it up to them. The guy running the register was really nice and said, “Doesn’t look like they tire shined either.“ and told us to go through again. There was no extra time spent on the windshield the second time. Once we got through, we noticed all of the large bug spots were still on the windshield. Upon further inspection, the rest of the car looked just as bad. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I honestly would have preferred they didn’t touch the tires after seeing how they turned out..

For $20 I expected my car to be clean. It still has bugs all over the front and on the windshield. There is still dirt on the window ledges and the back. The guys drying the car left smears on the windows. Where’s the tire shine? It’s not my everyday driver so it gets dirty just sitting in a shed out back and bugs from long trips. Next time I’ll take the time and just do it myself.

Best car wash I’ve ever been to! I got the deluxe wash. I was totally impressed by the service and my car looked like I just drove it off a car lot- super clean and shiny!

Very impressed with the car wash. They did a great job pre washing and then hand drying. Would definitely recommend!

Went to Kermit's on Diers Ave this morning for oil change and car wash. The manager worked me in a few minutes prior to opening. Was in and out in about 20 minutes. Manager went over some routine Maintenace items for our car which was very helpful since we recently purchase this SUV used. I appreciated the update. The car wash was very good. We have driven on some muddy gravel roads. The young man, high school age, that whipped down the car did awesome too, When he opened the door to get my towel, he asked "Sir I hope you are having a great day today? I know its early so I hope you enjoy the rest of the day" . The entire time he was making eye contact. I told him I appreciated the service today and his response was "Here at Kermit's we want to be the best in Grand Island!" Ker
