As someone who has never needed auto body services and isn’t mechanically savvy AND new to Virginia, I was very skeptical and discerning as to where’d I’d go for essential and expensive services. This place is absolutely top notch. From start to finish, the team was transparent about the services and affiliated costs and explained everything to me in language i could understand, but without making me feel like in imbecile. They were prompt, professional, and very understanding in terms of paying for the services (I never felt like someone was trying to upsell me). The cherry on top? They even cleaned the interior of my car before i picked it up. Thank you, Kern Auto Body, for making an otherwise stressful endeavor manageable. Gage and Brian were very helpful through the Insurance process and even tried to help lower our price when State Farm would not cover all the cost.
