I just want to start by saying that we have never bought a vehicle that we haven’t seen in person. We had been searching for a new vehicle for a few months. I found exactly what we were looking for at the Kearns Dealership. We were in OH and they are in WI. Granted a 7-8 hour drive but it’s winter time. We contacted the dealership via email and Phil sent us all the information that we were asking about. He was very prompt on all communications and he worked on the price we were willing to pay and got us free shipping also!! The whole online process was very seamless clear through the document signing. We literally bought a new vehicle sitting on our couch watching it snow outside. I went to get my hummer fixed for a clicking sound that was concerning me while driving. I took it in and they looked at it then told me its 1,500 dollars to repair.. my drive shaft and my left CV axle weren't good. I took it to another repair shop and they said it was only my drivers shaft and I spent 500 dollars. Over priced and the receptionist is very passive when I told her no. I personally will not go back.

It's always funny when you see so many 5 star reviews but also a few vindictive 1 star reviews given for reasons like "they didn't answer the phone". Those aren't reviews, just petty people lashing out. Anyway, I have done business with Kerns a couple of times recently after hearing good things about them. They seem like a good honest & friendly family business. They checked things out and told me what was needed and also just as importantly what was not needed, at least for now. (Some car dealership shops seem to try to get you to agree to as much work as possible.) They don't mess around and get the work done quickly. I highly recommend.
