On 08-15-2022 I stopped into Kerrville Lube Center for an oil change. After waiting for an extended amount of time I finally pulled into the bay at 3:45pm. I was greeted by two ladies who were very polite and professional. Trish was working the bay I was in and she was extremely nice. About 10 minutes into the oil change, Trish approached me and said my oil plug had become "elongated" and I needed and new plug. She said it would be $5.00 for the new plug so I said that was fine. They finished the oil change and I paid the invoice (100704) of $142.16. I drove away thinking everything was fine. I drove home and parked my vehicle. After a few days I noticed an oil stain on my driveway. I crawled under the vehicle to find the oil pan leaking around the oil plug. I scheduled an appoin
