This place has no regard for anyone's time at all. Keep in mind that if you make an appointment for a specific time, that doesn't mean they are even going to be able to look at your car anywhere close to that time. I brought in my car at 10 am for my "appointment" and they told me that it will be a few hours before they can even look at it, and they didn't contact me with any information until 4 pm. I don't understand making an appointment for a specific time and then when that person arrives, they say they won't be able to look at it for at least a few hours. Why do I have an appointment for a specific time then? The car was in for a nonfunctional door lock, and after having the car at their shop for the entire day, the guy from Kerry tells me over the phone, "well for that door we are go

A welcoming. Waiting Room that allows some privacy and plenty of outlets to plug in phones, laptops and other electronics. I enjoyed the unlimited coffee as well. The staff was friendly and the mechanics were fast. I was told it would be a while, and they were finished quicker than expected.

Kerry Toyota has the best customer service in this area. I never felt rushed. They’re always very helpful over the phone not so big that they say that the customer is not relevant down to earth and very helpful. I have had two issues the day have helped with my car having to be repainted also very informative when asking questions about recalls The Customer Service was very very informed and patient

I usually take my vehicle to the Florence service center, however I felt like trying this Covington service center. WOW what a difference. No so crowded (big to me) I asked for many things to get done and every one of them were address. But the biggest thing really to me is Customer Service. Boy do they do it right. I spend 20 years in retail management and customer successes and I would know. If I could give them a 100 stars I would!!!! Highly recommend

I've been taking my van here since I bought it in 2013. They've been honest and the work has been great. I just recently paid to have my van towed here instead of towing it free to the local Toyota service center because I think this place is better.
