Kerry's Car Care- Norterra

Being new to the are , Ive been trying a few different auto mechanics, Kerrys Car Care , on north valley parkway has impressed me. The staff is responsive and knowledgeable. I needed a tire plug yesterday and they got me back to work asap. They saw that I was in need of my car fixed and back on the road and they did just that. I needed an oil change today and they got me in right away. I’m going to bring my wife’s car here next. The staff is patient with me and I don’t know much About cars. They let me finish my thought and answered everything I wanted to know. The managers all have been great every time i come in. Kevin is who I have been working with specifically over the last 4ish months. He's been honest and very helpful with my Kia especially since this was a huge expense my family and I did not anticipate making anytime soon. Gave me tips that I probably wouldn't have known about without his help. And quiet honestly after the back and forth with Kia I opted to get my repairs done with Kerry's. Although, my car is back in the shop for the same issue it was not something we/Kerry's knew would happen. It is 100% a Kia issue and Kevin was again more than helpful this time around. I am forever grateful for his help and everyone at Kerry's.

Our most recent experience was an oil change. They got us in same day and quickly out the door. We've been customers for over 8 years and are very satisfied with their services for both routine maintenance and repairs. We have had them work on 3 of our vehicles over the years. We prefer using Kerry's Car Care (Norterra) for repairs because they have competitive pricing and their good communication. What we appreciate most is that they will show us what was damaged before the repair and show us what the repair looked like afterwards. We've had great experiences with Kerry's Car Care through the years and having them work on our vehicles!

Came to valley to pick up a sick dog and on our way back (to Prescott) our tire suddenly lost all it's air. We limped it into Kerr's with no appointment close to the end of the day. They determined it wasn't repairable and switched it out with our spare. This enabled us (and the dog) to get home safe. They didn't charge us for anything and treated us wonderfully. I highly recommend this shop. If I lived in the valley I would definitely return to do further business with them. We are very grateful for thier help.

Went in for an oil change and an inspection. I received a discount on the oil change and had a thorough inspection of the car. Where a few things will need repair soon, there was no pressure to have them done immediately like I have had at other places. Great friendly service.
