Had a great first experience here! Andres and Jeff were both amazing. I went in for an oil change and suspension inspection. They showed me pictures of everything that needed to be repaired, which was something new for me...it made the whole process feel super transparent. Andres explained and broke down how certain mechanisms work in a way that was easy to understand. They got me in and out quickly. The early morning hours (I was there before 7:30) made it incredibly easy to fit into my schedule. The price was reasonable, especially with the inspection including pictures. This shop is under new management, and you can really feel the difference. I met Andres, the new GM and Jeff the other manager. Everything is being run so much more smoothly, and it’s clear the team truly cares about their customers. What I love most is how committed they are to helping the community and doing everything they can to support people, not just fix cars. Went in for the easiest oil change of my life, didn’t take 3 hours like it does at other places I go to. The general manager Andres was very respectful and professional when I asked him a gazillion questions regarding the services being done to my car. Inside was clean and had comfortable seating.
