These guys are fantastic! We hit a coyote and Duanesburg at 5 o’clock in the morning, and they came right out to pick us up. Not only that, they brought us to the nearby diner while they checked out the car, and came to us frequently with updates. They worked seamlessly with a local body shop to get everything fixed up, and offered exceptional service and communication throughout the entire process. What started as an unfortunate day, ended with us counting our blessings that we broke down where we did and ended up in their care. Wrecker driver went out of his way on a late afternoon to help me get a project put away in a safe place on his own time! I never had any repair work done but I have to say I respect the man who helped me and thank you! My dad was a wrecker driver and he would never pass by anyone on the side of the road who needed help! this place reminds me of the times when repair shops actually took care of the locals.
