Had a great experience here for a front tire swap. Brought the tire in and to my surprise they changed it immediately. It took them only about 15 minutes and the staff I met was quite pleasant. The price was incredibly reasonable. I would come back here with my motorcycle for service without hesitation. Seems like more of a local joint than big dealership and I had a great experience. Would recommend!

The staff that I have interacted with have been nice and professional. The parking lot on the other hand needs to be repaved and improved for the place as a whole to be professional. It will tear a car or motorcycle to pieces trying to drive over it if you are not careful.

The sales experience with Mike Jones was excellent. I knew what I wanted when I went into the store and Mike never tried to steer me in a different direction, although he did ask appropriate questions to ensure that what I thought I wanted was actually what would meet my needs. Very helpful. I do have a gripe about signing the sales documents. This visit was on a Friday afternoon and I had not intended to make the purchase that day. However, knowing that there was only one of the 2025 model in stock that I wanted, and taking into consideration the discounted price they were willing to give me that day, I went forward with the purchase.
