Called and told them exactly what I and my wife was looking for. New GMC Denali ultimate/ color and motor. They did a little research and called me back with exactly what we wanted. My whole experience dealing with Keweenaw Chevrolet has been excellent. First starting with their website and with dealing with their sales staff. You will get a very warm feeling the minute you walk in the door. Their staff was very professional and knowledgeable with the whole process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Biggest waste of my time. Over a week of being led around for nothing. I have bought from here before as I live in the area and heard good things and the first time around my experience was pretty good, but this time around was not. After searching online I found a truck that they had listed as available with pictures on their website. I went in and was told that even knowing it was listed as available they hadn't received it yet and made a mistake. So I waited, few days go by and Chase, my salesman, told me the truck came in (on a Friday) but I couldn't come look at it because of it needing inspection. He then said he would get back to me the following Monday. Monday comes and I did not hear anything so I waited until the next day and I get told that its ready for me to take a look at it

Excellent experience. Vehicle I wanted was in Appleton WI and Keweenaw Chevy picked it up at no cost. If they don’t already have the lowest price they will price match. Brad was knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would recommend Keweenaw Chevy to anyone.
