I went in to look for a car with my brother and we saw Fred. He was awesome, very funny, patient, helpful, efficient, and made the car buying process very very enjoyable. Even the little things he didn’t need to do like my phone dying and supplying a charger he was right on top of it. The establishment was fun, clean, very friendly. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. I will most definitely be back when another car is needed. Won’t have to go anywhere else. Just recently purchased a 2022 GMC Acadia from Key Automotive and the salesman L helped us out and guided my family and I the entire way. He was great, attentive, polite, and most of all patient. L was so informative on the process of buying the vehicle and showed us all the features of our new Acadia. If I can leave a higher rating than 5 stars I would because L was amazing. Definitely would recommend and when it’s time again to get another vehicle I will look for L.
