Horrendous first time experience. I’ve never been to a location with this set up before, not even worth going into details but when the woman who works here directed another lady to pull in front of me, I realized I must not know the process and asked how it all worked. - she was scathing. So rude. It was comical really. Everyone has bad days - but it looks like this is a common occurrence based on the reviews. I tried to be extra kind in asking what to do/where to park and she was just that level of rude that catches you off guard. They seem to have other happy customers, and I’m glad. But goodness - it was shocking honestly.

I had the most unpleasant experience at this location today. The woman that works here is miserable & rude. She was rude to the gentleman in front of me and he left to go somewhere else. (I should have taken it as a sign.) She was equally as rude to me and in front of my kids. so I left and went to Take 5 down the street. It’s so unfortunate seeing all of these negative reviews of this woman, because it is a great contentment location, but we will not be back because of her.

I left work early, arrived at 3:46 PM, and the lady there said she didn’t have time for me since they close at 4pm. She was working on one car and I was the next in line. We all have long days and are ready to leave work right when it’s time, but if your hours say you are open until 4, you need to take customers until that time, especially considering you do not open until 10am. Very frustrating as I’ll have to take off more time from work and find another place. I will not return here.

The technician was fast and very nice, I think she could tell I was having a tough day and she went out of her way to be kind. She even walked out into the parking lot to stop traffic so that I could pull out, even though it was early and there weren’t many cars. Very convenient location in the Target shopping center.

Excellent service and fast! The attendant was super friendly and efficient to boot!
