They took 3 months to do a half ass job on my friends Subaru.... They dont stand behind their work, and my buddies Subaru now has blown head gaskets. They should have never agreed to work on this car when they have no idea how to properly fix Subaru's... craftmanship and quality of repairs - Horrible! Customer service - Horrible! Turnaround time - Pathetic! I will continue to spread the word everywhere I can! DONT GO TO KEYSTONE AUTO UNLESS YOU WANT TO PICK UP A BROKEN CAR!!!!

i was visiting traverse city towing my rv when i began having truck problems on a Wednesday night. i felt lucky enough that they were able to begin work on the truck Thursday morning. it was a lot of money$$$$ i understand fixing vehicles isn't cheap. long story short the work they performed and charged me for did not fix the problem. yes the truck ran better but the check engine light was still on. i returned shortly after. they said to put sea foam and and use premium gas and that's going to fix it. the problem was an o2 sensor. Google seafoam, it does not clean o2 sensors. they should have known and replaced the sensor from the beginning. i needed to take my truck to a second repair shop to have the repairs completed. overall I'm very disappointed with my experience at this shop.

The car I recently bought needed exhaust work and I took it to Keystone Auto. The guys there took care of what needed to be taken care of and did it within my budget. The following week, I had new tires that needed to be installed and I went back to Keystone Auto. Nick told me they don't install tires but he referred me to a place that did. I don't know anything about cars so going to a mechanic always makes me worried that I'm going to be overcharged or something. I don't worry about that with Keystone Auto. Honest guys who do quality work. Thanks, Nick.

Went there because my husbands oxygen machine power cord was not working there was something wrong with 12 volt plug. The gentleman took time to find the fuse, put a new one in it and the realized it was plug for oxygen machine. Took about 45 minutes and did not charge us. Such nice men. Thank you so much. Would recommend definitely.

These guys are great. I have taken multiple vehicles here and I feel like their pricing is fair and the work is excellent. They make one of life's biggest hassles much easier so you can get on with your life.
