Lean, had some new products and some reliable stuff. Store was clean, the wait time was longer than expected but there were a lot of people that had come on in.

This is an amazing place. It is a warehouse catering to professional auto repair people. They treat us, the public, better than our relatively small purchases really warrant. There are signs reminding us that they aren't really set up for us, then they proceed to solve our needs with efficiency and as fast as they can. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Even the warehouse staff, who pull boxes off the shelves, are quick to share what they know AND equally quick to not guess at an answer. Bravo!

Was told they has my part drove all the way to their out of the way location and what do ya know no part. Try and call it's like a zoo. They answer each time can you hold we'll be right with you every time you call

Decent prices and have large inventory in stock. Not as cheap as Certifit in Atlanta but if you need one or few parts definitely alright.

Be sure that you are talking to your local keystone automotive Warehouse when you call you may get connected to a different location such as Manchester Knoxville or Louisville.
