got to be the worst i have ever tried to contact. i have now been placed on hold trying to contact the columbia,sc store 4 times now until they just pick up the phone and hang up. pro comp suspension could surely pick a better dealer for their parts
I ordered two body parts, I picked up only one of them and it was no problem. Next day service!
Was told it was in stock drove 30 minutes to be told oh well it can be here in the morning see ya then. To only be stuck on i20 traffic for an extra hour. Not pleased will we using htc auto group after this transaction is over with.
Always a good experience w/ Keystone Automotive. I deal with them periodically for my business, Imports Plus, LLC. The parts always fit and delivery is speedy.
