Keystone Automotive - Tulsa

I dont know what customer service means to you guys over there but on more than one occasion I have called to to order parts only to have someone answer the phone and say " I will be with you in one second" or " Be right with you" only to be left on hold so long the automated service just hangs up on me! That is VERY VERY frustrating considering my time is just as valuable as yours! Maybe look into hiring someone who can multi task, or at the very least take someone's number down and return a phone call, not say "Be right with you" if there was no intention of returning to the line in a timely manner!

they require payment IN PERSON... AT THEIR STORE. So they expect me to use my time and money to come swipe a card, only to have to repeat the trip a few days later to get the part??? I live 50 miles E of town, and I need a part. I did my research, and Keystone has the part. I called a salesman, made up a sales order and asked how soon they could have the part to me. They advised they would only pull the part after payment, which I said was no issue... why cant i pay online or with a card over the phone? I have no idea what would bring about this policy, but I imagine it makes it difficult to sell parts. I even asked if they would set up an account for me with a payment method on file.... nope, they expect me to drive to Catoosa twice if I want their part.... pretty ridiculous fro

Great staff very knowledgeable an easy on your wallet their price was lower than ebay an had pretty fast.

They had the part I was looking for and it was only $45 it was going to cost me $200 brand new thank God for keystone automotive you all are awesome and save me a lot of money keep the good work up

the worst customer service at the front desk, the guy treats you like he's giving you something for free, ironic and rude, apart from the fact that the pieces are more expensive than other lkq stores.
