Touch free car wash does a very good job of cleaning the vehicle at a reasonable price

This is the first time I've ever added a one star review. The touch-free machine struck the side of my truck. Fortunately there was no damage. The machine stopped mid-Cycle. The machine charged us $21 for a $10 service, and then I had to spend more money for the wand, so that I could rinse the soap off of my truck after the machine quit. I tried to call the service number, but there was no answer and no answering service. I really wanted to support a local company, but can not suggest that anyone utilize the Keystone Car Wash service.

I was over double overcharged for a car wash that took two minutes. If they have problems with their card machines, problems need to be corrected.

Bought the $15 wash and got into the wash, soaped it up and the carwash froze up on us. Had to drive home with soap all over the car just to rinse it off. No body answered the phone that is posted. What a waste of $15.

Went in on 5/16/25. Purchased the $15 wash. NO soap was dispensed, it rolled over my car without any soap. Then once it came time for the rinse, it dribbled a few drops of water over my car as it passed overhead. My car was spotted all over. My driver side door area was scratched all to hell. NEVER GO HERE!! This place should have nothing above a 1-2 star rating. Read the other reviews! Wow, I wish I had known.
