Great experience purchasing our new RV at Keystone RV Center. Everyone was extremely nice, very knowledgeable, and helpful. Frank was our sales person and was great from the very start. Even shared his sausage biscuit with our 7 year old daughter who was getting a bit hangry. Frank walked us through each step which made the process less stressful. Jennifer was awesome explaining all the financial paperwork. We loved the orientation we received on our new RV. We never received that with our first RV from another dealer and wish we had. JJ was great going over everything with us. We learned a lot about our camper, but about RV's in general. The service and parts team was great switching over our hitch and camera. Even waited on us after close to get everything done. We cannot recommend

We purchased a Jayco Pinnacle 38FBRK fifth wheel from Keystone RV Center in February 2024 for over $120,000. The RV was sold to us with a generator included only for us to later learn the unit was not even prepped for one. Instead of addressing this properly, the dealership attempted a haphazard generator prep and install themselves (we were told it was the first time they had done this on this model). Delivery was delayed until June 2024. Since receiving the RV, we’ve experienced multiple serious issues that point to poor workmanship and lack of quality control: • Improper generator installation (wires unsecured, unsafe penetrations damaging wiring) • Solar system programmed incorrectly, which overcharged and destroyed our batteries • Surge protector left unsecured and dangling by wires,

Very smooth purchase experience, highly recommend. All the various teams were on top of it (finance, parts, service, sales), and Colby who gave us the orientation was especially knowledgeable and honest. They took care of us, as first-time RVers! Thanks y'all!

Traded our much loved 11 year old Lance model 1985 for a new Flagstaff 22FSB TT on 10.3.2025. Salesperson was Brandon Garlock, who was outstanding, extremely effective communicator, highly professional, zero typical salesman type mind games, quick painless delivery. Finance and document processing employee also made everything very straightforward, quick and simple. I am not sure how the process could have possibly been any better.

Thank you to the whole team over at Liberty RV of Gettysburg. They are hands down the best. Stock aside, the way you are treated as as one of them is beyond words. We were complete noobs going into this search for our RV. This crew will make you feel so comfortable with the process. You won't feel like you're at a dealership which is what we experienced at other spots. They held our KZ Sportsmen Classic 130RD until the snow cleared without issue. Then when we picked it up they went WAY above and beyond to make sure we had everything to be safe and have a great understanding of how the RV operated.
