Fantastic group of people to work with. My husband and I had been everywhere looking for a used car for our son. Everything in his price range at other dealerships were horrible. Dirty, rust painted over. We were thrilled when we saw a car here that was clean, ran well and looked great and was right in his budget. I do recommend getting an extended warranty especially if it’s for a younger driver. We brought the car home and surprised my son with it. The smile on his face says it all!! Thank you Lynn and Jared we will definitely be back when our youngest is ready!
Lynn Bachstein the manager and Bill Johnson the sales rep helped me out greatly as I have breathing problems. They made purchasing my new to me Jeep Patriot one of the easiest experiences I have had buying a vehicle. They definitely went above and beyond for me. The vehicle is exactly what they said. No BS no lies. Just straight up good people to deal with.
Amazing service! Vehicles are super clean and prices are very fair! I highly recommend Dan, Lynn and I hope everyone gets the chance to meet Ed he's a riot!
Mandy and Bryce are just wonderful! Mandy is extremely Knowledgeable and always going the extra mile to satisfy the customer. I highly recommend Keystone's auto department for all your automotive needs.
I go and buy a car outright on August 29th and ask a tow hitch to be installed on the car. No callbacks, every time I had to call for a status on it, and the tow hitch was not installed until September 9th. The week prior I asked since it is there to change the transmission fluid and I go to pick the car up the next week and they never changed it. I then get in the car to head home and the gas tank is almost empty it says I had only two squares on the dash which isn’t enough to get me home. I just spent $16k there you would think at least put some gas in it but no. They knew I was coming since the tow hitch was installed so it isn’t like I came over by surprise. I get a free oil change for buying the car and being a Veteran but given how this went I think I will just change it myself
