I've had two vehicles serviced at KG multiple time with a mixed bag experience. Shout out to Jason Phelps who was the Light Duty Manager when I first began using KG. I got daily updates and prompt replies to inquiries. Not an inexpensive shop, but quality products, prompt work, and solid customer service are worth a premium cost, in my opinion. While KG started solid, each time I had a vehicle serviced, the experience was not as flawless as the prior experience. Fast forward to my last experience in mid-June when I left mt work van for extensive service - complete AC replacement, front/rear brakes, radiator replacement, and front end alignment - $5,200 worth of work. They had it for a week-and-a-half and when I got it back, the AC was cold and it drove home just fine. All was well.

I had suspension damage to my lifted 4x4 Chevy truck. I went to KG trucks and my first question was do you do insurance work! Yes the staff replied we do insurance claims all the time. Let me grab our head mechanic to look at your pics to make sure we can do this work . I showed him the pics and said this is an insurance claim and will the damage be over my deductible! His reply yes it sure will be. They tell me to get my truck towed and they will start working on the estimate. All is good at this point staff was very nice.Had my truck towed Monday . I get a call from the manager Thursday telling the estimate was over 6 thousand dollars in damages and the owner wants me to bring cash and he will fix my truck.. I explain this is an insurance claim. He tells me the owner changed the policy

KG Truck & Auto is a top notch professional facility. My mechanic, Matt Horn, went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. He really knows his stuff and had my Audi done in no time, at a fraction of the cost of going to the dealer. I highly recommend this mechanic and this shop! There’s no job they can’t do. Hats off to you guys for hiring a real Professional!

I had a tire rotation and a balance on a lifted F150 with 35 series tires. Stephanie had outstanding customer service! The technicians did a great job! I have a smooth ride now even at high speed for a lifted truck.

I recommend this company to everyone. They have a distinguished work ethic, are honest in their dealings, and do not exploit customers in any way. They also do not try to find faults to charge the customer more money. they know what to do
