Let me preface this by saying I have a HVAC certification. I brought my car here due to a refrigerant leak in the system which should be covered by the 5 year bumper to bumper warranty. Instead of properly diagnosing by pulling a vacuum or pressurizing with nitrogen, they want to charge me for them to fill it up with refrigerant and a dye ( which they conveniently won't cover ) in order to find a leak. That should be a last resort because with nitrogen you're able to find a good amount of leaks and repair before even adding refrigerant. It's also not good to release most refrigerants into the environment hence the need for certification. I went in for a scheduled oil change and was told it would be about an hour and a half wait. So I waited in their waiting area, which has a large TV for you to watch anything you want, charging ports for your devices and vending machines for snacks. I was very happy when I received a text my car was ready because it was only about an hour wait time. They were polite and friendly. The reason for 4 stars is I scheduled my appt online and was offered savings for various services, I selected 2 offers for a discount and a free service. When I arrived the advisor did not have any record of the discount and wanted to see a coupon. I did not have 1 because it was offered online. She gave me the $40 off anyway and the free service is something they do for everyone every time you bring your car in.

I want to know if 11:30 represents the completion time? It's 13:00 now. I haven't received my car yet. Maybe I won't get my car keys until just before closing time if I don't go to the front desk.

Had a walk in first service on a new car. Was greeted right away. Was told 1 to 2 hours for service. Waited in lobby. Plenty of vending machines. Seats, bathrooms nice and clean. Was texted at about 1hr that my car was ready. Paid at the service desk with card. And my cars was returned with a free car wash. The reason for 4star is because i was told i would get a discount on my first 3 services. I told the service person. He said to bring in the paper, he had no info on the discount.

My service advisor Davonna was excellent! She provided me with great service. I went in on a Sunday for an oil change, and got a coupon for the service. The wait was longer because it was Sunday. Unfortunately, shuttle service on Sundays is not active. But overall a great experience.
