I typically hate the car buying process, so please hear me when I tell you that we had a FANTASTIC experience working with Brandon. He went into detail showing us how everything works and even how to customize each of the settings. I have never experienced a more thorough explanation of a vehicle (or any piece of tech for that matter). Truly blown away by his knowledge. Whenever I take my vehicle to Kia of Chattanooga everyone is always very friendly and helpful. One feature that I really like is that they update you on the progress of your service or if there's something that needs to be addressed. The remodeled service department is really nice and spacious with so many customers coming and going it's a welcomed addition.

Went down today to Kia of Chattanooga just to see my options on a trade in and get rid of my old car and into something new . The sales guy Dustin young was absolutely terrible to me and my husband both . I was already going in with the impression that I wouldn’t like what I heard or wouldn’t get into something and I was okay with that I was more of looking at what my options could possibly be . He was very rude to us the entire time and kept pressuring us and told us he couldn’t do this or that but then would come back and twist his words around .
