Worst buying experience at Kia of Des Moines! I’ve never been to a dealership where the car salesmen nor the sales manager didn’t want to make a sale! I did all the work upfront to get pre-qualified. Drake Ross was not very responsive to messages, and when it wasn’t going toward the payment we wanted he didn’t even try to find other options! So, we went to Stew Hansen Hyundai! Allison Wyatt was so responsive! She would even go out and take videos of cars and send to me since I couldn’t get to the dealership right away. She knew we wanted to get our daughter who will be going off to college a reasonable care with warranty. We learned Kia is a sister company to Hyundai and Hyundai is a step up from Kia! So, take your money and time to Stew Hansen and ask for Allison Wyatt! You will leave

Drake was absolutely amazing! This was my first time purchasing a new car and he made it so easy for me! He gave me lots of options and information which was very needed! Owner of the dealership greeted me and thanked me on my way out! Definitely recommend!

Very easy process and everyone I worked with was friendly and helpful! Justin, my salesman, was really kind and answered all of my questions! This was the first car I’ve ever bought myself so I was very nervous to go to a dealership. But, I was able to do a lot of research on their website before I came and I never felt pressured into my purchase or to add anything on! I love my new 2026 Kia Sportage Hybrid and I’m so excited to have all the bells and whistles. Thanks for a great experience!

You can sit on hold for 45 minutes and still not get answered. Got my car back like this since it was denied for repair. However I'm missing my oil cap... paid $237. & they take parts from my car... that's great.. On top of that, was told I need a battery and belt.. couldn't find any cracking on belt. And battery tested good..
