Kia of Vero Beach Service Center

I just had a maintenance check at Kia of Vero beach. They told me I needed an alignment done because I had over 15,000 miles. I asked to see the alignment diagram. They said the technician eyeballs it. I declined to have the work done and drove to Tires Plus to get a free alignment check. I did not need an alignment. I called and talked to the women Leah who managed my car's appt. She told me at 15000 miles they tell their customers they need an alignment. I asked if they would have taken my money to do an unneeded alignment and she said if you are over 15000 miles they would. She acted like I was the problem, not them. I am saddened by this because I will have to find someone else to service my car. If you can't trust the dealerships staff who sold you the car, that's a shame. Bewar

The worst Service Dept in Fl. Had a steering problem, Car steering would lock up, you could not start the car or turn the steering wheel. This Kia Dealership, Vero Beach kept ordering parts for my 2021 Sportage that did nothing to correct problem. They jerked me around for two months since December 28, 2024. I finally made an appointment with Bev Smith Kia in Fort Pierce. When I lived in Jupiter, I bought cars from Bev Smith. They were wonderful. I took my car to Bev Smith Ft Pierce and they knew it was a sensor or batteries in the key Fob. They replaced the batteries in the key Fob and have had no problems. So simple, They knew only one key Fob worked. I told them each time it was the Key Fob at Vero Beach, They refused to listen to me. Stay away from Vero Beach Kia

I wish I could zero or negative stars. My gripes are too numerous to account for all of them here, but here's a piece. I brought my 2023 Sportage HEV to replace the AC compressor that failed. Under warranty, of course. They said it would take about a week to service, which was unsat since I was going on vacation. I made an appt for the Monday after my return. I kept getting calls asking me why I didn't bring the car back the Monday a week earlier than my appt. Annoyed at their incompetence, I decided to bring the vehicle to another Kia Service Center. They confirmed the AC compressor was bad and replaced it, but—get this—they told me the engine under-cover and four bolts were missing. Kia Vero apparently removed it and failed to reinstall it. The under-cover cost me $500 to install. I file

We showed up to Vero Beach Kia today to browse and had no intention of leaving with a vehicle today. Mike Staggs and Dino were very helpful with getting us into a larger family vehicle, in our budget. Their customer service was great! We appreciate them making it quick and easy for us as customers.
